Gamentic documentation
Describe a game, get a finished playable one — then drag a slider and feel the change on the next frame. These pages cover both ways in: the website at gamentic.net, and connecting your own AI assistant over MCP.
Sign up, chat with the built-in agent, and have a playable game in about ten minutes. No installs.

What Gamentic is
Gamentic is a game studio that an AI can operate. The AI writes an ordinary self-contained HTML5 game against a small marker convention; the platform then supplies everything the AI cannot do well on its own:
- A live tuning Inspector. Every value the AI marked as tunable becomes a slider, toggle, colour picker or grid editor. Changes apply on the next frame — no reload, no AI round trip, no credits spent.
- Real assets. Character art, sprites, backgrounds, UI kits, sound effects, music, voice, Live2D rigs and 3D models are generated server-side and injected into the game. The image bytes never pass through the model's context.
- Guardrails that actually fail. Every submission is run in a real headless browser before it is accepted. Edits that would delete art you already paid for are rejected. Every version is kept.
- A place to put it. Play links, a public gallery, remixing with credit lineage, game jams, teams with shared budgets, and a one-file export that runs offline forever.
How the pieces fit together
Pick your path
I just want to make a game
Use the website. The built-in agent runs on the platform, so there is nothing to install and nothing to configure — you get the questionnaire, the art pipeline and the Editor in one browser tab.
From sign-up to a playable game.
Briefs, genres, budgets and how to ask for what you actually pictured.
Inspector, Hierarchy, assets dock, presets, history and the save model.
I already work inside an AI assistant
Connect it over MCP. Your assistant keeps its own model and its own context; Gamentic contributes the tools, the storage, the generation and the Editor. Your model tokens are billed by your own provider, not by Gamentic.
One endpoint, one key, one test prompt.
The workflow the tools expect, wallets, budgets and the async job pattern.
All 66 tools by category, with what each one costs.
