What we collect

Account data (email, display name, date of birth), the content you create, usage records (which tool spent how many credits), and basic device/browser information.

How we use it

To run your account, process generation requests, track credits and payments, apply age-rating filters, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Date of birth is never shown to other users. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google Account ID. We use this only to create your account, sign you in, and contact you about your account. It is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, held in an access-controlled database, and reachable only by staff who need it to operate the service. User data is removed within 30 days when you delete your account.

We do not share Google user data with third parties (other than our hosting provider, which stores it for us), use it for advertising, send it to AI providers, or use it to train AI models.

Gamentic’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can remove Gamentic’s access at any time in your Google Account settings.

We may also disclose data when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed. Published games stay online without your name unless you delete them first.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing info@gamentic.net.

Cookies

We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. Google Sign-In and Stripe may set their own cookies for security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Minors

Date of birth is used only for age filtering. Accounts under 18 can never access adult content — that’s hard-coded, not a setting.

We will post updates on this page and change the date above.
