Gamentic Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026These Terms are an agreement between you and GibbonBot Limited, which operates the Gamentic brand (“Gamentic”, “we”, “us”). By using gamentic.net, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Gamentic is an AI-assisted game creation platform. It is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and MCP keys. Usage made with your key is billed to you. If a key leaks, revoke it on your Account page immediately.
3. Credits and payment
Credits are non-refundable once spent, except where required by law. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until you turn off auto-renewal, which you can do at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and that period is not refunded. Payments are processed by Stripe. Price changes are posted in advance.
4. Your content
You own what you create. You allow Gamentic to store and display it as needed to run the service, including publicly if you publish it. If you turn on Remix, other users may copy and adapt that game on Gamentic.
5. What’s not allowed
No illegal, infringing, hateful, or harassing content. No sexually explicit content outside the adult-content rules in Section 6. No impersonation, attacks on the platform or other systems, or bypassing age and safety filters. Violations can lead to content removal or account suspension without refund.
6. Content ratings and adult content
Every game has a Gamentic rating: All Ages, 10+, 13+, or 18+. Generating or viewing 18+ content requires being at least 18 and turning on the setting yourself. Any sexual content involving minors is banned. Those accounts are terminated and reported to the authorities.
7. Copyright
To report content that infringes your copyright, email info@gamentic.net. We remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China.
11. Changes
We will announce material changes on the site in advance. Continuing to use Gamentic after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
